Nearly 300 single-family homes are coming to the port’s 103-acre Vista Field site. During the March 25 Commission meeting, Port Commissioners sold four parcels to BlueChart Homes and agreed to the company’s contract documents and development schedule.

An eye care clinic and retail building will soon be under construction at Vista Field. Dr. Brandon Furness and Dr. Royce Barney closed March 12 on Lot 31 at 6737 Azure Drive, purchasing the property from Port of Kennewick. The sale marks the third recorded deed within phase one at Vista Field.
