About Vista Field
Port of Kennewick is transforming the 103-acre Vista Field site into a regional town center in phases. Located in the heart of the Tri-Cities community, adjacent to the Three Rivers Convention Center and Toyota Center, Vista Field was intentionally designed to welcome a mix of residential and commercial uses with inspirational gathering spaces, pedestrian bridges and water features. Phase one opened the central 20 acres for retail and residential development. The port has sold eight parcels, and two private-sector buildings have been constructed with other development in the works. Visit VistaField.com for more details.
