The Oak Street Industrial Park is just over 12 acres in northeast Kennewick, Washington, on 3rd Avenue. The park is outside the city limits and zoned for light industrial development.
The Port operates five business incubator buildings in a campus-like setting at the Industrial Park with building space currently available for lease.
