Kennewick, Wash. â The Local Bite, a micro-business entrepreneur, has joined Columbia Gardens Artisan Village in Kennewickâs Historic Waterfront District. This food truck already has a strong local following for their Hawaiian inspired dishes, which include Shoyu Chicken, Kalua Pig, Hawaiian Beef, Katsu Chicken and Spam Musubi.
The Local Bite, now located at 325 E. Columbia Gardens Way in Kennewick, will operate Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. as well as some weekends, depending on their off-site catering commitments.
Owners, Kristal and Race Ostman, purchased The Local Bite from her childhood friend in 2024. Theyâre excited to call Columbia Gardens home and looking forward to adding DoorDash service so Hawaiian-food fans can easily get favorite menu items.
