Blueberry Bridal Land Sale Closes at Vista Field
Kennewick, Wash. – A bridal boutique is coming to Vista Field. Amber Keller, owner of Blueberry Bridal, purchased Lot 18 at 625 Crosswind Boulevard from Port of Kennewick. The sale closed on Jan. 29, marking the second recorded land purchase in phase one.
“We’re delighted to welcome Blueberry Bridal to Vista Field,” said Tim Arntzen, port CEO. “Ms. Keller was the first business to express interest to the port team. She has fully embraced the community’s vision for this urban town center and thoughtfully designed her bridal shop as a destination boutique retailer. I want to also acknowledge Baker Boyer Bank for their commitment and support of small business development and for helping Ms. Keller realize her vision for Vista Field.”
The 4,000-square-foot wedding shop will feature a gallery with designer dresses, veils, headpieces, jewelry, shoes and suit and tuxedo rentals. Plans also include viewing and photography areas, a mezzanine and a grand staircase. Blueberry Bridal also plans to offer limited private event space. To provide better experiences for her customers, Keller completed a study of directional sunlight, which helped determine optimal window placement for natural light to best showcase her gallery and the artful dresses she curates.
Keller is in the final phases of permitting with city of Kennewick. She plans to start construction within 90 days, with completion by the end of 2025.
Keller worked with Tri-Cities Engineering & WHL Architecture on the architectural and engineering designs for Blueberry Bridal and secured Kaizen Construction and Development of Kennewick as her site contractor.
The Port of Kennewick Commission officially approved the land sale following the completion of Keller’s work with the port through the collaborative design process to bring a fully defined purchase and sale agreement to the commission.
Nearly 40% of the phase one parcels at Vista Field are now sold or pending for residential, retail and commercial space. Learn more and see available lots for sale at VistaField.com.
