A community celebration on June 16 helped mark the completion of the first phase of infrastructure at Vista Field. The initial infrastructure in the central 20 acres of the site readied 21 parcels for private-sector development that will blend mixed-use neighborhoods with urban lifestyle amenities and marked a major milestone in transforming Vista Field.
