Columbia Drive Urban Revitalization Area

Work on Columbia Drive has been steady: view progress to date.  The Port of Kennewick begun with an early 2010 Conceptual Plan and later a 2010 Draft Plan for the "Duffy's Pond" area as a catalyst for urban renewal and improved recreation within Kennewick's historic downtown.  And then used a Pattern Language process to ensure the planning process for this historic waterfront was inclusive and community-driven.

Areas outlined in red indicate Port of Kennewick owned properties.

The Columbia Gardens neighborhood is located adjacent to Duffy's Pond (a beautiful urban watchable wildlife area), north of Columbia Drive, and bordered on the east by Cable Bridge (SR 397) and the west by Clover Island Drive.
