Clover Island
Located on the majestic Columbia River in historic downtown Kennewick, Clover Island is one of the only commerical development parcels that remain on the Tri-City waterfront. The Port upgraded all island utilities in 2006 and has invested more than $26 million in public improvements to this stunning riverfront property. A pedestrian pathway links the island with unique shopping in historic downtown as well as the regional 23-mile Sacagawea Heritage Trail. The Clover Island lighthouse, 15,000 square foot public plaza, gateway arch, shoreline pathway, and habitat restoration efforts have created an inviting watefront destination for visitors and residents of the bi-county region.
