Clover Island
Located on the majestic Columbia River in historic downtown Kennewick, Clover Island is one of the only commerical development parcels that remain on the Tri-City waterfront. The Port upgraded all island utilities in 2006 and has invested more than $26 million in public improvements to this stunning riverfront property.
